pgkuda Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and pgkuda ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") concerning your access to and use of the services, games, sports markets and related features available at pgkuda.lat. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

pgkuda may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version. Users are responsible for reviewing this page regularly to remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the foot of this document.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform, close your account and withdraw any available balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described below.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on the pgkuda platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-play awards or matched deposit benefits credited to your Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, comprising identity, age and payment ownership checks required by the Platform.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of eligible play that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform Services" means the casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, lottery formats and all other entertainment products accessible through pgkuda.lat.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with pgkuda, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. pgkuda is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access by persons under 21.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine your legal entitlement to use the Platform.
3. You have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or enforced account closure, or ban imposed by pgkuda or any affiliated platform.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative for another individual.
5. You are not an employee, contractor or family member of an employee of pgkuda or any associated business, unless separate written consent has been obtained.
6. You have provided true, complete and current registration details, and you undertake to maintain the accuracy of those details throughout the life of your Account.

Account Registration and Security

Each individual may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in all balances being forfeited and both accounts being permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password and any one-time security codes associated with your Account. pgkuda will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never disclose your password, PIN or one-time code to another person, including a person claiming to represent pgkuda support.
• Notify pgkuda support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure that your registered email address remains active and under your sole control, as it forms a key channel for account verification and communication.

pgkuda shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access made possible by your disclosure or inadequate protection of credentials.

Deposits and Payment Methods

pgkuda supports MYR-denominated deposits through a range of recognised Malaysian payment channels, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect and direct bank transfer. Availability of specific methods may change without prior notice and will be reflected in your Account deposit section.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit. You may only deposit funds from payment sources that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where identified.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pgkuda is not responsible for delays caused by the payment network, banking schedules or public holidays. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference for investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested from your available real-money Balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of pgkuda before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and are displayed within your Account.
• If Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the applicable Wagering Requirement must be satisfied before the bonus-related portion of your Balance becomes withdrawable. The cashable component will be indicated in your Account Balance summary.

Indicative processing timeframes are provided as operational targets only and are not guaranteed. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay may be processed more quickly than DuitNow, FPX or direct bank transfer routes, but all timeframes remain subject to internal review, KYC status and payment network conditions.

pgkuda reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests. This process may require additional supporting documentation and is conducted in good faith to protect account holders and the integrity of the Platform.

Bonuses and Promotions

All promotional offers published on the Platform are subject to specific bonus terms that supplement and, where in conflict, take precedence over these general Terms. Before accepting any bonus, you should read the individual offer conditions in full. The following general principles apply to all pgkuda promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: A stated multiplier of the bonus amount (and in some cases the combined deposit and bonus) must be wagered in eligible games before the associated Balance can be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering progress. Contribution rates per game type will be stated in individual promotional terms.
• Maximum Stake: Bets placed during an active bonus period must not exceed the stated maximum per-round or per-bet limit. Bets exceeding this limit may be voided and bonus eligibility forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from your Account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in your Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms.

pgkuda reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus exploitation, multi-accounting or pattern betting, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all related Balances.

Responsible Gambling

pgkuda is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. The Platform offers deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods and voluntary self-exclusion as tools to assist players in managing their activity. You are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment funded from disposable income only. pgkuda strongly discourages use of borrowed funds, money intended for essential household expenses, or funds that cannot be safely allocated to entertainment. Intellectual Property

All content published on pgkuda.lat, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, page layouts, brand identifiers and structural design elements, is the intellectual property of pgkuda or its licensed content providers. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any use of Platform content that exceeds this scope constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pgkuda platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering or proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities to obtain a financial advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised.
• Sharing, selling or otherwise transferring your Account or Account credentials to any other person.
• Placing collusive bets, coordinated arbitrage wagers or otherwise manipulating market outcomes in conjunction with other users.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification or the support process.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pgkuda shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, payment network delays, data loss or decisions made in reliance on information provided by pgkuda.

Where pgkuda's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the lesser of the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim or the total amount deposited to your Account in the thirty days preceding the incident. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pgkuda support. Upon closure, any available real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

pgkuda reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where there is reasonable cause to believe that a material breach of these Terms has occurred. In such circumstances, the Platform will notify the Account holder of its decision and, where appropriate, outline the basis for the action taken.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which pgkuda operates. Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking remedies available to you under consumer protection legislation applicable in your country of residence.

If you have a complaint or dispute, you should first contact pgkuda support with a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence. pgkuda will acknowledge the matter and aim to provide a substantive response within a reasonable period. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the applicable escalation procedure will be communicated to you in writing.
